Thank you for this wonderful site, I want to add something to this recipe. I'm cooking artisan 5, and I tried various quantities for this recipe, in an attempt to reduce the workload on my processing character. I was able to do this recipe with
8x Flour
2x Milk
1x Special Onion
2x Honey with a success rate of about 35%,

and
7x Flour
3x Milk
1x Special Onion
2x Honey with a succes rate of about 45%.

The highest success rate that I've experienced using less than the recommended quantities was with
8x Flour
3x Milk
1x Special Onion
2x Honey with a succes rate of 70%.

Sweet potato flour substitute 2-3 normal flour ... soo you can use 4-5 sweet potato flour not 9 normal flour .

Guru 41, I've changed recipe for 1x Special onion + 5 sweet potato 100% success rate. Saddly, you can't use lower amount of milk or honey.

6300 flour
2100 milk
1400 honey
700 onion..... result???=

As of 5/5/22 (I like how that works for the American date system as well as the good one everybody else uses), at Guru 15 cooking, shorting the flour doesn't work.

Potato Dough = Sweet Potato Dough = Barley Dough = Corn Dough... they are all 2:1 compared to Wheat Dough... but flour is different. I do get successes, going all the way down to 1 Potato Flour per 2 "Flour", but it's never 100% success.

Does anyone have a reputable source for the ratios of Flour, specifically, not Dough?
