For the completionists out there, it appears there are 14 tokens in total. I expected it to be 15 as 14 seems odd, but I was not able to find more.
The game deceives you with the yellow quest circle. Many token miniquests are well outside of Asparkan and the nearby work camp. Also check the canyon below the Asparkan bridge.
