For console you need 100x spirit essence of earth
combine purified water with earth spirit stone fragment to make this via simple cooking!

Merindora will have a quest which will give you the Odore's Spirit Essence knowledge. After this, you can go to the Krogdalo's Trace NPC and exchange x100 Rumbling Earth Shard for this.
This quest and knowledge is also required for exchanging x100 Dragon Scale Fossil for the Night Crow's Dawn Stone at the Ominous Altar NPC.
