To gain this knowledge you have to play through a questline up to the quest "Small Breaths", the questline starts at the NPC Neubella ( https://bdocodex.com/us/npc/50706/ ). The first quest in the questline ( https://bdocodex.com/us/quest/6806/1/ ) says that the level requirement is 58, but that is misleading. The level requirement is AT LEAST 58, so you can also start the questline at lvl 59, 60, 61, and so on. There are quests in BDO that actually do require you to be a specific level, but this questline luckily is not one of them.

Guys dont bother to start Kamasylvia Entrance Adventure Log II because its waste of time for 1 energy. It's takes like 2 hours and you must waste too much energy for one npc called milford. So dont start its better to live with -1 energy
