But still cant get it...

You will need to enter Red Battlefield to get this knowledge for the Ocean category.

You don't actually have to stay, just talk to NPC Daz.
It will be the first topic he has to talk about, there is no need to pick up the quest he has.

Once you get the knowledge press ESC and then leave Red Battlefield.
