Find a Kite with a Snapped String above the roofs in Heidel and bring it to a kid flying a kite at the castle.

※ This quest is available again after midnight (server time) every day unless you have already completed the quest that day.
The guard let me fly kites here.
It's fun, but the string always snaps.
If you find one of my kites, please bring it to me.

I think the snapped kite is on the roof somewhere.
Even if I can see it, I can't climb up there..
