Head to the Quest MarkerInteract with the Bread Sack. This will place Bread in your InventoryStand near a Peep and click on the Bread in your Inventory. (There are multiple Peeps, you only need to choose one) This will place the bread beside the PeepInteract with the Peep. This will allow you to "pet" the Peep.Complete the quest by returning to the "cute Choir Member"
