Yes it's a small area, but it is a main area of production in Calpheon.
I've sent Lilvanos from the Orcs there, but his report is late.
I've given him two chances already, so it better be good.

If you go to Keplan, look for Lilvanos.

He's an Orc that couldn't adapt to Trina Fort.
