Show/hide full quest's text The following text is engraved on the tombstone: - Excerpt from the "Golden Sunset's Ship Logs"- The beginning of our journey began with an old map my good friend Lancelot Bartali brought to me. When Lancelot was captured by the Vell Pirates, he managed to snatch an old map before making his escape. The map contained information regarding a secret route across the uncharted sea, past the deep sea trenches, to an ancient shrine where glittering gold and treasure lie await. Lancelot and I built a beautiful ship, the Golden Sunset, and planned our journey. To keep the map safe, we divided the treasure map into three pieces and split them: one for Lancelot, one for me, and one to be hidden across the sea. However, before we reached the ancient shrine, we were attacked by pirates and the Golden Sunset sunk to the depths of the sea. (An excerpt from the travel log of Golden Sunset is engraved on the gravestone.) This is the piece of a map I found in my father's pocket. Perhaps it's one of the three pieces of the map to the ancient shrine. This is such a precious keepsake for me, but I also wanted to give it to an aspiring and ambitious adventurer like yourself. I believe it'll be of more use if you were to have it. | |
