Show/hide full quest's text Flying the Kite of Ratt not only attracts customers, but also brings peace to the people. I'm most devastated by this loss, mind you. Sigh... No, no. Gotta think happy thoughts... The kite was made with special material by a talented artisan, so it shouldn't have been destroyed so easily by the waves. What I mean by that is that there still is some hope that the kite remains salvageable... You've navigated the entirety of these open seas, haven't you? Does that mean you're quite the swimmer, diver, or plain good in the water, right? Would you mind heading to the sea and see if you can find the kite? It might be in a place not too far... I hope? The kite got swept away... but I'm sure it didn't get too far! Please believe me! Finally found the beloved kite of the Ratt Delegation. | |
