How valiantly the large Kite of Ratt flew in the sky! And yet, no sooner then we arrived in Oquilla when the kite vanished overnight! I can't bear to think how devastated the rest of the delegation must've felt... What if they think it bears some kind of ill omen for our journey here? According to Bindo the blacksmith, seeing how the kite was probably swept away by the waves, it's best that we give up on retrieving it entirely...
