It's a Powerful monster, It'll show a different symbol on the map. Only one will spawn at a time. The spawns are on both sides of the western road, also marked in the picture:

Стоит рандомно на одной из указанных на скрине точках, знания получаются при убийстве с низким шансом. убив 4 или 5 так и не получил. Видимо нужно долго и упорно его бить.

Since it is an elite monster, it will take 30-45 minutes to respawn. Make sure to change servers regularly when hunting for knowledge. Also, don't forget to have all bird pets out you have (they give knowledge gain increase).
