It's a Powerful monster, It'll show a different symbol on the map. Only one will spawn at a time. The spawns are on both sides of the western road, also marked in the picture:

Стоит рандомно на одной из указанных на скрине точках, знания получаются при убийстве с низким шансом. убив 4 или 5 так и не получил. Видимо нужно долго и упорно его бить.

Since it is an elite monster, it will take 30-45 minutes to respawn. Make sure to change servers regularly when hunting for knowledge. Also, don't forget to have all bird pets out you have (they give knowledge gain increase).

The boss spawns randomly in the locations above, but you can find it more easily by looking at the map.
It appears as a star and is a larger icon than the others.
