Much time has passed since then, and life has stubbornly survived and sprouted once more. But despair approached, silent and heavy. A primal darkness, far beyond comparison to the Dark Invaders.

As I despaired at the cycle of birth and destruction, ready to let go of this world, one man rose to resist the darkness. Because he, Caphras, was Sylvia's most beloved son, I believed that driving out the darkness was her true intent. But in the end, he sided with darkness. I would not call it betrayal. Both Sylvia of light and Hadum of darkness were mothers to him. And so I fled all the way here. To hide the seeds of abundance at the edge of the end, as I had before.

So that one day, spring may finally return to this world that I hold so dear.
