- Description: Born and raised in Epheria, Flanche applied to the navy out of his love for the ocean. While both fishermen and traders take to the waves, Flanche regards the might of a great warship as the pinnacle of naval vessels, the "flower of the fleet," if you will. His dream is to fight valiantly and die with honor aboard a warship on the Great Ocean. However, the reality at the Northwestern Outpost Supply Port where he was stationed starkly contrasted his expectations. The soldiers at the outpost often dismissed him and his fellow soldiers at the port, and failed to properly share information about their operations.
