According to Orzecan records, the visitor who came to the children imprisoned within the Abyss of Oblivion was none other than Hadum's serpent, Ibedor. It was adorned with white scales reminiscent of the dried, twisted bark of the Kamasylve, and though it could change its shape into any form imaginable, its shadow remained that of a serpent. It is recorded that the serpent was drawn to the hope that resonated within the songs sung by the children.

"My small, pretty fairies. Name your toy soldiers. Then they shall become your friends and join in your song. Sing about dancing together in flower beds, on white sands by the sea, through the thick forest."

Just as the serpent instructed, the children named and sang to their toy soldiers of brass and bronze. Then, the serpent breathed the power of life into the children's verses. Reborn, the toy soldiers became ancient weapons and began to break apart the children's prison, the Abyss of Oblivion. Belshuan and Hexa Moa defeated the ancient weapons, yet realized for the first time the presence of the World Shadow. They began offering a thousand-day prayer to Quturan the Divine Tree to drive out the darkness that the Thornwood Goddess had failed to stop, and thus Kzarka was born.

And after that day, a new kind of knowledge was born in Orzeca. A way to escape the eyes of the shadow, if only for a sliver of a moment. That knowledge was taken away by the last remaining ancient weapon hidden within the Abyss of Oblivion, but in the distant future, the Goblin Denulo brought it back and returned it to the Crypt of Resting Thoughts.
