Chapter 7: Three Gourd Bottles

No one had realized that Mihyun had been honing her blades of revenge, even Gunho. It was clear now that a fatal plague was about to befall Dalbeol Village. As there was only so much time left, Gunho was forced to make a difficult decision.

He could not watch his sister-in-law bring calamity and death upon countless people. Her centuries of benevolence would be consumed by her sins and the heavens would condemn her deeds.

The traveler and Dolswe gathered these three gourd bottles and subdued the Gumiho that planned to unleash a plague upon Dalbeol Village.

The disaster that loomed over Dalbeol Village was successfully vanquished, and Mihyun was sealed away within a statue of her sister, the Fox Goddess.
