they changed the positions of the npcs.

En SA la modificaron (no se las demás). Ahora no es necesario ir hasta los 3 NPCs en Calpheon, los 5 están muy cerca unos de otros, la mayoría alrededor de la carreta.

This now requires talking to all the various named npcs around the wagon and the soldier near the tower at one of the map waypoints.
Disregard going to the random waypoint the soldier gives you near calpheon. Either nothing is there now or it's only there at night but if you goto the wagon waypoint you'll get more than enough.

Tienes que hablar con los cuatro componentes de la carreta. Luego irte a hablar con un soldado que está en la base de la torre, donde están los cañoes y así podr´s acabar la misión.
