Above the shrine is a symbol... It look likes a crescent moon and an eagle. Head to the Crescent Shrine to find Atlasia's Crystal. The eagle statue starts shaking once the necklace pendant and cord comes near it. The eagle statue spits black energy, which falls to the floor in the shape of a jewel. | |

Go to Crescent Shrine. There's a quest indicator on your map but you can't auto navigate because it's in the desert.
