A proper Imperial Mediah Meal requires big, fat, greasy lizard belly meat, but that specific meat is only found in Mediah, I'm afraid. I don't think we can't afford to travel all the way to Mediah just for that. Thankfully, there's some local lizards that'll make for a decent substitute. Think you could hunt down some Iguanas for their succulent belly meat? I'll need you to get me that Iguana belly meat if you want me to be able to cook for you. Fresh ingredients!
