Afuaru seeks to pull off a gig that's a bit more advanced. To do so, he'll need to take a peek at the Royal Journal kept by Muremo.

Steal the storage key from Rabam, the King's assistant, then speak to Ramanit the storage keeper to get the journal.

You may have to steal from Rabam multiple times. I had to steal from her 6 times before I got the key. I did get a variety of things from her though, interior objects, like plates of food, beer, three scorpion fish, Hp potions and fruit juice.
