※ You can summon the Skeleton King by going to the designated location that is marked on the map when using a summon scroll, and interacting with a specific Dark Portal.
※ If you have discarded or destroyed the summon scroll item, you can get it again from Chief Tantu at the Mausoleum.
※ You can retry the quest if you cancel it and get it again. However, you have to discard the summon scroll in order to receive the quest again.
It looks like what Illezra was trying to do at the Elric Monastery was
to summon the Skeleton King and gain power.
If we can put the Skeleton King to sleep first,
