Crow Merchant Guild's Chief Manager Fughar says he can change your Tuvala gloves into special gloves capable of enhancement. Go to Tranan Underfoe in Velia and show him the coupon Fughar gave you to exchange your gloves.

※ Also, you cannot revert exchanged gear back to Tuvala gear.
