Talk to all NPC's, can't find what to do :/

Need to talk to one of the "Workshop Staff". The dwarf in question is in the center of the room with all the refinement stations, fiddling with a gun / hand cannon.

Took me a while to figure this 1 out myself. The quest tracker leads you upstairs but the Dwarf u talk to is directly below downstairs from where you just came from.

Talked to the dwarf in the center of the workshop like Talnar said. Worked for me.
