После встречи с Таинственным существом, задание отмечается как выполненное, а куда его сдавать не понятно. Выдает задание Филой, но выполненное не принимает. Может знает кто?

Этот нип Филой должен появиться на камне рядом с существом. У меня тоже так было, Квест зачелся, но продолжения не было. Я писала в поддержку. Они ответили-проверьте еще раз. Квест зачтенный у меня просто пропал без следа. У Филоя его не было тоже. Я пошла в пещеру и увидела там этого нипа неактивного, который не выдает продолжение и никак не реагирует. У кого похожая ситуация была, напишите что делать.
