You will need "Marni's Unstable Fuel" to use Marni's Suspicious Device,
and "Old Moon Managers" found in capital cities will sell Marni's Unstable Fuel.
Using Marni's Unstable Fuel through Marni's Suspicious Device
when tagging characters will consume the fuel.
Consuming Marni's Unstable Fuel will allow you to copy the same gear
from one character to the tagged character.
