Grace Lauren suggested making Defense Elixir, since you're here. Make it using 1 Clear Liquid Reagent, 6 Ash Sap, 5 Pig Blood, and 3 Purified Water.

1. Make Clear Liquid Reagent (1 each of Salt, Sunrise Herb, Wild Grass, and Purified Water).
2. Go to Balenos and obtain 5 Pig Blood. (Use the Fluid Collector in front of a Pig carcass.)
3. Equip the Fluid Collector and use it in front of an Ash Tree to get Ash Sap.
4. 5. Fill 3 bottles with River Water and Thin them to make 3 Purified Water.
6. Use the Alchemy Tool at your Residence to produce Defense Elixir.
7. Defense Elixir ingredients: 1 Clear Liquid Reagent, 6 Ash Sap, 5 Pig Blood, and 3 Purified Water

※ Deer Blood, Sheep Blood, Ox Blood or Waragon Blood can be substituted for Pig Blood.
