Show/hide full quest's text It may not be a suitable task for a strong adventurer, but can you maybe kill some rats? More and more rats are coming and eating all the pumpkins. The farmers are getting frustrated. Villagers have joined in the rat hunting, but that's just not gonna cut it. Please help us a little. Rats are everywhere in the town. They are everywhere, but hard to find at night. Thank you. That was a huge help. I feel a little more relieved now.

You need to find a npc called 'Farm Rat', catch it, then wait for the notification you 'killed' all the rats and do the turn in. Drove me nuts trying to complete it. I got a flute and tried the mini game, i went to the Bartoli farm to get the sweet-smelling rat poison but couldn't. I finally found a listing for farm rat and it said it was associated with this quest. I found mine at the bottom of the stairs after destroying some barrels 'n stuff.
