You take this quest from the Abyssal Rift which you were navigated to in second quest. After you take the quest, you interact with the rift again and chat with it to spawn Skull Knight. After you kill the Skull Knight, Look west from Rift's Point. You will see a Skull Night NPC to finish the quest.
