too late. and the 'same reward as Bahar' is BS. all you get is Exp and no plate of eggs!

edit: not only did i get the Pan with a Fried Egg i got Plate of Big Chunk of Meat via stealing. Lost quite a bit of karma but i can make that back.

what does "Buff 35/" requirement mean?

That's some requirement, which I wasn't able to figure out. Looks like, you have to not have the buff 35 on your character, but I don't know, what it means. There is no buff with ID 35 in the game files.
