Thank you for this wonderful site, I want to add something to this recipe. I'm cooking artisan 5, and I tried various quantities for this recipe, in an attempt to reduce the workload on my processing character. I was able to do this recipe with
8x Flour
2x Milk
1x Special Onion
2x Honey with a success rate of about 35%,

and
7x Flour
3x Milk
1x Special Onion
2x Honey with a succes rate of about 45%.

The highest success rate that I've experienced using less than the recommended quantities was with
8x Flour
3x Milk
1x Special Onion
2x Honey with a succes rate of 70%.

Sweet potato flour substitute 2-3 normal flour ... soo you can use 4-5 sweet potato flour not 9 normal flour . :yahoo:

Guru 41, I've changed recipe for 1x Special onion + 5 sweet potato 100% success rate. Saddly, you can't use lower amount of milk or honey.

Tried that at Master 2. Very low success rate so i stick to the original recipe with 9 sweet potato for now.
