I heard that the tooltip would be wrong and they only have 5 accuracy. Any information?

Yes and no.
They changed how they write tooltips for accuracy. The new version is something like this: 4 all accuracy = 1 magic ranged accuracy, 1 physical ranged accuracy, 1 magic melee accuracy, 1 physical melee accuracy. Exactly what the different types are is unknown, but those are my guesses. Anyways, what this means is that 4 all accuracy = 1 actual accuracy. This is the case with all accuracy stuff in game currently. It's bloody stupid, but that's how it is now. If you ever wonder how much actual accuracy an item has, just divide its value by 4.
