Из цепочки про призрака. Нужны дружба с Ларой, уровень 54+ и ночь в игре. Квесты лучше проходить все сразу т.к. для дальнейших тоже нужна будет ночь и придется ждать если не успеете.

You will need to do amity game with Lara the orphan. Reach 100 points to unlock Quest "What's Up with the Closed Stable?"
