Corre el rumor de que existe un monstruo que acecha el bosque de Fausto. Nadie sabe mucho sobre él. Los rocangrejos son muy buenos escondiéndose debido a su naturaleza y se pasan la mayor parte del tiempo solos. Sin embargo, a la reina la protegen hordas de rocangrejos.
Completa la misión «[Calpheon] Hacia el Castillo de los Caballeros de Delphe» y después realiza la misión «Rumores sobre el rocangrejo gigante» y «Derrota al rocangrejo gigante» de Marco Fausto

Так знания можно получить 1 раз на акк через квест. https://bdocodex.com/es/quest/3520/151/ он же указан в "получается из" знания получается после взятия квеста в диалоге. ЗНАНИЯ НЕ СКИДЫВАТЬ повторно взять через квест (если вы отменили квест и скинули знание) е выйдет проверено на кроликах, ни один кролик не воспылал.

Do the quest https://bdocodex.com/es/quest/3520/151/ if you want to get S, don't finish the quest and do it again. If you finish the quest you will never get the knowledge again.

Faça a quest https://bdocodex.com/es/quest/3520/151/ se você quer o conhecimento S, não termine a missão, abandona a missão e o conhecimento a faça ela de novo. Não é possível pegar a missão novamente se você terminar ela.

but if you accidentally finish the quest but the grade still low than S rank:
1. Delete the knowledge at Annolisa Rosie https://bdocodex.com/es/npc/42119/.
2. Talk with Gorgath https://bdocodex.com/es/npc/42322/1/ to get the knowledge again.

repeat the steps above until get S rank.

Note that it's possible that not every character will be able to get the knowledge back from speaking with Gorgath. I recently gained knowledge on most entries in the Boss category from speaking with him. Some knowledge pieces weren't available to my main character, but were available to other characters.
If he wont offer you the knowledge, try on a different character.
I believe it's currently unknown what affects this.
Things I have thought of, but have no way to test, are: class, horoscope, time/order characters were created, and version of main questline completed (with all the different reworks the game has been through).

You are right on the last one, it's main questline completed. I had this issue with the Kelcas knowledge, turns out you had to have completed the Stomp Heard around the World quest. My latest alt, a Drakania, didn't have this quest available to her. My main and oldest char, a wiz, didn't have this quest available either (though he had completed a quest where he beat Kelcas but it had a different name). But both my zerker and DK did, i made these chars a while back now but not six years ago like my main. So yeah it's questline related.

Сейчас стабильно пробовать лутать знание на королеву крабов стало проще и есть 2 способа.
1) Надо выполнить Одноразку у главного в Кеплане, условия для открытия кв написаны в описании, а дальше открывается ежедневка на королеву крабов с призывом. Дроп знания за убийство не 100%, но если прокололся с альтернативным кв на семью, с солью и сбросами знания можно так пытать удачу на знания.

2)На всю энергию сбрасывать знание и подбирать обратно у Горгаса (стоит за 5 метров от Аннализы).

У Горгаса много каких боссов можно получать.
