To get this cause no one on the BDO forums says anything about it.
What you need to do is invest in the Lynch Farm Node. Use 1 Contribution Point on the node and you'll then discover the Lynch Farm Node [Exploration].
If you can't invest in that node, make sure you invest your CP in this order:
1.) Heidel
2.) Lynch Farm Ruins
3.) Northern Plain of Serendia
4.) Lynch Ranch
