If you are having trouble finding Benito Martino, he pats from the the below locations.
He's constantly walking so you cant talk to him while he's moving however if you run over the top of him he stops and the quest icon appears above his head and you can then talk to him.

Après la quête il se balade sur la route, une fois trouver le suivre et attendre qu'il s'arrête pour valider la quête.
