FTI, Bioiner in Olvia requires you to make a gem polisher for the daily quest [Alchemy] Bionier's Jewels. Folks might want to stockpile some of the materials in Olvia storage if they want to do the quest on-site rather than on an alt and turn in the quest with a toon based in Olvia. Yes, you can pick-up the quest with one toon and turn it in with another as with most if not all of the Olvia daily quests.
