Sie ist ein Sechsling. Ihre Schwestern sind in der gesamten Region verstreut
und ebenfalls auf der Mission, Informationen zu sammeln.
Allein zurückgeblieben im Krähennest kümmert Lavinia sich um die hochwertigen Informationen und wertvollen Gegenstände, die ihr von den Schwestern gegeben wurden.

It is also the npc that exchanges the new ocean currency for items and has an item store that can only be purchased for this new currency.
basically it's the only npc I've found that works with this new ocean age coin so far.

if I have time, I will go there again and take prints from the store, but everything will be in portuguese from Brazil.

Every item she sells is listed here on the "Sells items" tab as well as quests are listed at "Gives quests" tab.

Kiriak, well the same npc with the same name, appearance and etc in different places and with different functions

The one on your screenshot is named Levinia in your version of the game, while this NPC is named Lavinia. This could be a bit confusing.
Levinia has it's own page and correct location shown here.
