There are times when military supplies and medicine arrives from Calpheon arrive late. The sea surrounding northwestern Calpheon is well known for its strong tides. As a result, there are instances where supplies would fall to the sea from ships. The strong waves would end up breaking the supplies making it almost unrecognizable.
