- Description: Once the captain of the Moguly Pirates, he used to live life traveling the high seas and sailing distant oceans. Unlike normal Otters, he is also a skilled fighter, and is well-known for this among his kind. Moguly doesn't have a family, so he treats all young Otters as if his own children. He decided to settle down in Splashing Point and become a skill instructor because there are so many young Otters there he can train to fight. His best student is Porio.
