- Description: Every officer in Serendia knows his name. This is the tale of Officer Cliff, who defended Serendia from two Calpheonian invasions. While he was fighting near the edge of the cliff that divides the Neutral Zone and Serendia, he and his army had to retreat to the Watchtower Bridge because they were being outnumbered. Cliff displayed his brilliance here. He had the bridge destroyed. The Calpheonian army had to find another route, and this eventually led to Serendia's victory in the second war. Its comon bug for many quests
usualy the solution (is litle wierd) is to create second character (or pick your first alt) and speek to that NPC again with this diferent character
