Neutt and Meutt are cute twin brothers living on Iliya Island.
An outgoing and friendly pair, they are loved by all islanders.
Neutt is especially mischievous and seems to feel a sense of rivalry toward his more dexterous, slightly younger brother Meutt. The rivalry seems to burn most intensely when they build sand castles.

Can be obtained from Lv. 8 through [Quest]
Apparently there are adorable twins on Iliya Island that are always competing against each other...Go find Neutt.
