- Description: In the past, at the zenith of Serendia's prosperity, a monument was erected to commemorate the military victory over Calpheon. A small chest was placed on top of that monument, a box children imagined was full of treasure. In reality, it contained nothing but a worn out letter. Tata! -Biraghi the Phantom Thief" Can be obtained through [Dialogue] By the fountain statue in Heidel, there is a young Shai wearing armor with her arms crossed and walking around suspiciously. The villager is on the marketplace in Heidel. If you look in front of the band whos playing, shes on the left side. The little one in green/white clothes + helmet, next to the giant.

I was real confused. Giant isnt there anymore, just next to the lady. Check the screenshots tab above to see the location.
