They are now in the game, name Elswin ...dont know how to post pictures but he in back of altinova before coming to bridge to the island.

It happened so quick so i dont know if this information is 100%.
Woodrey doesnt appear on your world map until you see Elswin (Imperial Trade) in Altinova first, before the white mark for Woodrey (Imperial Delivery) will show up on the world map.
But if you keep your eyes open as your on your way to see Elswin, he is located on the same side 3rd building down south from Elswin.
I took screen shots of it.

For the fail stack only select, in order (top to bottom), up to how many consecutive fails you need the rest should be from the top of the success list down or the highest possible score.
I.E. Fail to spark interest 3 times: pick the first 3 names from the fail stack then the first 3 from the success stack. make out with more AMITY that way. If it's asking for 4/5 or close to max fails just use full fail stack to be safe.
