Eventually, his name resurfaced in various places, where he was lauded as warmly as the gentle sun in the dead of winter. One day, an orphan he had assisted pleaded with him for his accompaniment, to which he replied: "In the grand shadow of a majestic city called Calpheon lies the land of the Blackstar. I'm set on journeying there, staking my life on it. It's far too perilous to take you with me. Hm? Why would I venture to such a perilous place? Because I left my most cherished sea turtle behind."
