- Description: It wasn't that the Knights of Dawn all simply disappeared. Some of the surviving knights became the Fraternity of Light and became powerful priests of the Elion Church. An extremely small number of survivors became Secret Guards who withdrew from the public and quietly sought out and became keepers of ancient knowledge. On the other hand, the knights stationed at the Watchtower to protect the seal of Belmorn proclaimed themselves as the Shadow Knights and began to operate within the darkness. The Shadow Knights, who engaged in the study of the dark powers while attempting to keep themselves free from the whispers of darkness spilling out from the seal of Belmorn, eventually gained more knowledge of the origins of the dark power through their contacts with the Vedir banished from Kamasylvia. Eventually, they turned completely to the darkness and gained eternal life. The Shadow Knights eventually succumbed to the endless whispers of Belmorn and became worshipers of Belmorn and Kzarka. They continued to work with the Fraternity of Light, because their doctrine says "Light and darkness were one before, and it must become one again." Pra obter esse conhecimento, você tem que fazer as quests principais com um personagem criado depois do revamp das mesmas. Essa quest faz parte da cadeia de quests chamada "Uma sombra profunda, sob a estátua da águia". A quest em questão é a Conhecimento Proibido. Quando chegar nessa quest, evoque o Espírito Negro e vá em "Diálogo" para obter o conhecimento.
