Long ago, when young Durgeff was traveling the world, found herself upon the Arid Lands, and stumbled upon the Ganelle Brolina Ornette. The Ganelle was injured from battle against the Ahib, and after Durgeff tended to her wounds, the two became friends like no other. Time passed, and each became the leader of Drieghan and Kamasylvia, and naturally the two countries became allies. Although they never had the chance to meet again since their fateful adventure together due to busy state affairs, they preserved their friendship over the years by corresponding through letters.
