- Description: The congress promoted the garrison to an army. Hunters who were relatively skilled in weaponry were the core members. But because Drieghan was a tribal country consisting of a collection of smaller tribes, they did not have enough military forces. Therefore Chief Durgeff decided to ask for the help of foreigners, despite the objection of villagers. Hunters, mercenaries, retired soldiers, it didn't matter.
