No bird could possibly have more beautiful feathers than a Feather Wolf. If anyone claims that these feathers are simply just "drab black and white" feel free to mock them relentlessly. They are most likely a pretentious amateur hunter who has only seen a Feather Wolf from a far distance. The feather of a Feather Wolf can only be truly appreciated in moonlight. Moonlight transforms it into a color so beautiful, it is ineffable. If you wear a hat decorated with this feather in moonlight, you might be mistaken for a forest spirit.

There is something that you remember if you ever run into pack of Feather Wolves. If there is a wolf covered entirely black feathers in the pack, run for your life. The black feathered wolf is the pack leader, and can summon other packs in the area with its unique howl.
