Получается за квест у нипа на скале рядом с Энро (управляющий узлом Луг Наван). Для таких же, как я, у которых этот квест не показывался: сначала выполните цепочку квестов для [Группа] у управляющего узлом Луг Наван. Потом нип даст квест
